• Support email replies are drafted by our AI assistant and end with: "This reply was written by our AI assistant. Reply 'human' to reach a person."
• If the assistant can't answer from our help articles, it says so instead of guessing and gives you the email address to reach a person.
• The website chat stores nothing and can't pass messages on, so it points you to email. Replies to email are drafted by our AI assistant, and a person reviews anything it escalates.
• Some questions always go to a person: requests for investment advice, legal or press matters, billing, data deletion, security reports, and anything about changing a sealed record.
